CARE OF ROOMS AND USE OF FURNISHINGS 1. Rooms shall be kept orderly. Beds shall be made daily.
2. Furniture or other furnishings shall not be exchanged or removed to other rooms unless permission is obtained from the House Director. No personally owned furnishings or equipment except portable radios, shall be installed in rooms without per- mission of the House Director. Mattresses are not to be removed trom beds and must not be taken outside on lawns or on porch roofs of the houses.
3. Nails, ...screws or tacks must not be driven into any college property. All damage to college property must be paid for.
APPLIANCES PERMITTED OR PROHIBITED 1. Because of the fire hazard men students are not permitted to use any electrical appliances except a portable radio and electric razor. One radio per room is regarded as sufficient.
2. Only electric irons furnished by the College may be used.
Unplug irons when not in use. Pressing shall be done only in spaces designated.
3. No plug-in double sockets are to be used without permis- sion of the Superintendent of Maintenance.
