Hanotaux as a watch- word for the labours' of the Conference.
The Health Organization of the League is also estab- lished. This is mainly based on Article 23 (/) of the Covenant, which states that the Members of the League * will endeavour to take steps in matters of international concern for the prevention and control of disease ', and on Article 25, in which reference is made to the ' improve- ment of health, the prevention of disease, and the mitiga- tion of suffering throughout the world '.
