On the foregoing table are based the following inferences : (a) For all stations, without an exception, the rainfall for the last eight months, October to May, has been less than the normal for this period, and likewise less than the amount which fell during the same months, 1910 to 1911.
10 (b) Vigan and Olongapo are the only secondary stations which for the last eight months report a total of rainfall below 100 millimeters. It will be remembered that the total amount of rain collected at the Central Observatory likewise failed to reach 100 millimeters. On the other hand, only Davao, Surigao, Borongan, and Aparri had a precipitation exceeding 1, 000 millimeters.
