This vision also, millennial and to be sighed for, must be designated Utopian in an age of im- perfect human nature and increasingly complex Industrial life. Wherever the present American leaders have replied definitely to the question of assignment, they have acknowledged election or appointment by society as the only possible basis IIS THE FACTS OF SOCIALISM of Socialist division of labor.
