II Beneath the moat, within the wild.
They found her, — placid as a child : Death could not, at his worst, erase The marble beauty of her face.
Ill When by the tarn, distraught with love, I saw the wheel the spider wove, I prayed that I might lie beside That saintliness that was my bride.
