I called Sylvie O’Keefe and we arranged a double-header for her son, Jess, and Taylor: lunch with me at McDonald’s, then bowling with Sylvie at the lanes at the Golden Mile.As I drove east along the Trans-Canada towards Indian Head, I saw that the fields were already bare of snow.
