What reading level is The Human Sternum. Three Lectures Delivered At the Royal College of Surgeons, England, November, 1903 book?

THE HUMAN STERNUM 65 In conclusion, one may point out that there still remains a great deal that is uncertain and problematic in regard to this question. The observations recorded and the general interest arising out of the study of the various problems associated with them appear to me to be enough to warrant the attention they have received, and to justify my taking advantage of this opportunity to formulate my views on a subject which has occupied my attention for several years.
