In our opinion, because of the effects of the matter discussed in the preceding paragraph, the Schedule of Changes in Fund Balances, the Schedules of Budgeted Revenue - Estimated and Actual, and the Schedules of Budgeted Program Expenditures by 10 Object and Fund do not present fairly the results of operations and chaiKjes in fund balances o^" the Judicial Branch for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1985, anc 1986, In conformity with the basis of accounting described in Note 1.
