Clerical Error Is Not Binding The case may occur that a contract for furnishing ma- chines and supplies contains an itemized list of the supplies and machines with a unit price for each article, that the total price at unit rates is carried to a column of totals, and that the contract provides for the payment of a lump sum made up of said totals.
