(Litt. sect. 29.) This is the proper form of such limita- tions. But it was decided in ChudleigKs Case, or Dillon v. Freine, 1 Eep. 120, at p. 140 b, resolution (5), that a limitation.
To A. and his heirs on the body of Jane S.
begotten, is suflS.cient for the purpose. This had previously been doubted, and a very ...plausible reason was alleged in favour of the doubt. (Lord Coke on Litt. sect. 29.) It has already been observed, that the female donee is not necessarily the wife at the time of the limitation. If not the wife, she is of course not so styled, but is named by her proper name.
