Jan. 13. The Lawrence Courier property sold to John E. Harriman. Jan. 13. Rev. Martin J. Steere assumed the pastorate of the Univei-- salist church. Mar. 3. George P. Wilson chosen city missionary. Mar. 19. Heavy freshet, doing considerable damage.
