That the whole housfe 6f commons hath declared him to be a papist in their vot^, Sunday, April the 27th, 1679 : It is resolved, ne-^ mine contradicente, that Ihe Duke of York*6 being a papist, and the hopes of his coming such to the crown, has given the greatest countenance and encouragement to the present conspiracy and designs of the papists against the king and the protestant religion.
