In the month of February, 1559, he published a new edition of this celebrated work, with the addition of fve more centuries, making in all fourteen; to which is pre- fixed an account of the writers l^efore the deluge and the birtli of Christ, with a descrij^tion of England from Paulus Jovius, George Lilly, John Leland, Andrew Althamerus, and others.
