ARTICLE VII.— Penalties.
1. Any chapter pledging a new girl by an oral or written invitation before Pledge Day shall be reported in writing by an officer of the Panhellenic Association to the Chapter President of the offending Chapter and to the Grand President and to the National Panhel- lenic Congress.
