DRILL AND DISCIPLINE.
Sec. 1. A meeting of the Company for drill shall be held every Monday evening, during the months of Octo- ber, November, December, January, February, and March, at which the roll shall be called at eight o'clock, by the senior non-commissioned officer present.
Sec. 2. Whenever a public holiday or... parade of the Eegiment shall occur on Monday, the drill shall be omit- ted. No business shall be transacted at these meetings SEVENTH REGIMENT. ] 29 Other than the election and introduction of raerahers, except in cases of emergency or necessity.
Seo. 3. The drills for recruits shall be held at such times and places as the Commandant may designate.
DUES AND ASSESSMENTS.
Se3. 1. For defraying the necessary expenses of the Company, each member (except those exempted by Arti- cles VI., YIL, and XV., of these by-laws), sliall pay to the Treasurer, monthly in advance, the sum of one dollar.
