By all means now known, and to be hereafter discovered, this class of men must be taught that it is not true that the world owes them a living, as they are so fond of repeating, but that it is true that every man owes the world work, and, that if he will not pay this just debt, he is a scoundrel, and, so far from being an object of commiseration, is a subject for punishment.
