It is rernvrkablet too, that the alloy has very nearly the co- lour of platinum, even when composed of eleven parts of gold to one of the former metal.
Ring-gold. 6 d>vts. 12 gi^. Spanish copper, 3 dwts. 16 grs. fine silver, and 1 oz. 5 dwts. gold coiQ.
