Driggs and his man Lanagin. Not many of the Luttroll voters had taken that race any more seriously than Nixon had done at the moment when Sid had so suddenly declared his intention to become a candidate. It had been looked upon as a " joke " by the county generally, as it had been looked upon by most of those who heard his declaration on that afternoon at Letcher Tavern.
