The cases in which Bh agrees with S&r. against bh^ — ^1. 8 and L 99, an inserted to and a transposed na— are so insignificant, that we may safely ascribe them to mere ch...ance. In the third case, 1. 81, the reading velA^ for k&l&^ no doubt is taken from the textus simplicior. None of the numerous other deyiations of Bh from the text of bh^ are supported by any other old source, whereas in these cases the other sources corroborate the readings of bh^.
Amongst the numerous deviations of A from bh^, only ^n&pi^ for ^n&bhi^, L 55, agrees with the Hamburg MSS., but not with hK, against bh^, and L 69, upatiftati for ''to with HI h, but not with E. In L 119, A omits 'Vai'' with the textus simplicior.
