All petitions, summonses, statements, affidavits, and other written proceedings ...under Section 30 are to be entitled in the matter of the Act, and in the matter of the particular trust, will, or administration ; and every such petition or statement must state the facts concisely, and must be divided into paragraphs, numbered consecutively ; and every such summons must, except as to its title, be in the form of the general summons (o).
