This deed is not on record, but the facts above are stated in the recitals of a latpr deed now in possession of Henry Rosenberger, one of the descendants.
Then there were 200 acres more, purchased at a much... later date — twenty-nine years afterwards. The latter purchase took plxce only two years before his death, so that during nearly the whole of his life, D.miel Rosenberger only possessed the smaller })ortion of the tract afterwards held by his posterity.
