If it be a male, a bamboo gun, a shield, a war-cap, a bag for the chewing ingredients, a drink- ing vessel, etc., are woven ; if a female, a loom, a fishing basket, a winnowing fan, and other things ; if a child, bamboo toys of various descriptions.
