PUKiTY.

The chief requisite for this is absolute purity of body, mind and heart. When we speak of a Temple it naturally suggests the idea of sacredness, hence you should not only look upon your body as something to be kept clean and wholesome and in perfect health and strength that it may be a fit instrument, but you should also sanctify it and keep it holy and undefiled. Nothing must be allowed to enter it, either as food or drink, that will injure it, make it unhealthy or lessen your control over it.
