I see some men 'under the feet' of the things of this world. I knew a gentleman who was literally kicked to death in a struggle with his horses — you see how miserably he was 'subject' to them! Things occur every day that witness to the truth of what I say. Indeed, the Psalmist could not speak untruth, being guided by the Holy Ghost. However I may be mistaken in his meaning, or misquote the text as saying that perfect souls are rulers of the whole earth.
