Whenever the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is of opinion that the condition of the accident fund is such that with the reserves, exclusive of the special reserve, it is not sufficient to meet all the payments to be made in respect of compensation as they become payable and so as not unduly or unfairly to burden the employers in any class in future years with payments which are to be made in those years in respect of accidents which have happened in previous years, he may require the Board to m...ake a supplementary assess- ment of such sum as in his opinion is necessary to be added to the fund, and when such a requirement is made the Board shall forthwith make such supplementary assessment and it shall be made in like manner as is hereinbefore pro- vided as to other special assessments and all the provisions of this Part as to special assessments shall apply to it.
92. In order to maintain the accident fund as provided by section 71 the Board may from time to time and as often as may be deemed necessary include in any sum to be assessed upon the employers and may collect from them such bums as may be deemed necessary for that purpose and the sums so collected shall form a reserve fund and shall be in- vested in securities in- which a trustee may by law invest trust moneys.
