AT SPAETA, The children were lodged in the house of a widow lady. She made a great favor of taking them in, for she was a very well-born person in- deed, being related to one of the kings.
You must know that the Spartans had always two kings at the same time. Before I go any further with my story I will tell you how this came to be.
