His genius for organization was driven to a foreign soil when it should have been devoted to the es- tablishment of a new government in the land of his birth; and all this because a few of his friends and relatives in Concord did not have the courage to stand with him, face his jealous accusers, and declare his innocence in accordance with their belief.
