“What the hell?” he snapped. “You know, Jason, I think I deserve a little more common courtesy than a knock on the door beckoning me to follow you.”

I’ll admit that I got a little sidetracked back in New York but then I realized that it was a mistake. I hired you to be my assistant; not my date, not my friend. You are an employee of Montgomery’s and you were chosen for this position because you met a certain criteria.”
