Trousers, service, summer (par. 709). CHAPTER IV. OCCASIONS ON WHICH EACH UNIFORM IS TO BE WORN. 200. Winter service is prescribed as the duty uniform at all posts within and without the continental limits of the United States during the period of the year when heavy clothing is necessary.
