I guess I am a little skeptical about the "negative" impact of the Boundary Waters. I think there are other factors that have led to a loss of jobs, and I think there are people that can make a very 79 positive case for the Boundary Waters and its impact on the econ- omy.
Of course, I say this to good labor people like my friend, Tom Bakk.
