P. 22 (1901)). On p. 101 passages are collected ...to illustrate the meaning and corruptions of 8e ye. There is a note on these two papers on Euripides and on the paper contributed tojourn. Phil. Xxvi. P. 233 (1899), in ~Bursia. N' s Jahresberic/it, Bd. 139, p. 39 (1907), in an article by Siegfried Mekler on the literature dealing with the Greek tragedians published 1898-1902. He refers to special passages in W. H. 's article in terms of high praise, and finishes : " Anderes unterliegt Zweifeln, aber nirgends verleugnet sich der Kenntnisreiche und zugleich taktvolle Beurteiler und Bearbeiter des Textes.
