The largest and most important of the afflu- ents is Moose River, running direct from Brassua Lake on the west and into Moosehead at its narrow- est part and almost directly opposite the Kineo House. I have already pointed out in a previous chapter the wonders of the view up this interesting little river. The camera caught it one day when the whole region was in especially pleasant mood and cloud effects enhancing. The outlook is from the tip-top of the mountain.
