Ra-Sekenen agreed to all, but a...dded that " he was not able to pledge his assent [to serve] any other of the gods that were-worshiped in the whole country, but Amon-Ra, the king of the gods alone." A new message, drawn up by a council, and approved by the king Apopi, was sent to the unyielding king in " the city of the South." The papyrus relates : " Many days later after these events.
