Sofort wölben sich prall gefüllte Dünndarmschlingen vor, von denen Digitized by Google 11 eine am stärksten gebläht und blaurot verfärbt ist; die andern sind nur gerötet. Bei der weiteren Entwickelung des Darmes zeigt es sich, dass der Dünndarm links neben dem Nabel mehrmals durch Adhaesionen geknickt ist, und zwar 1. zieht eine Netzadhaesion nach abwärts und knickt den Darm und 2.
